Madonna’s Young Adult Program helps students build the skills, relationships, and confidence they need to maximize their autonomy and independence in adulthood.
Eligibility Requirements
Students age 18–21
Mild to Moderate IDD, ASD, and/or OHIs
Able to thrive in classroom, community, and worksite training settings
Does not require consistent and ongoing 1:1 support due to behavioral or health needs
Our Young Adult Program Admissions Process

Inquiry Form
Complete theonline inquiry formand upload your child's most recent MDT and IEP (required for submission).

Review
After our team reviews your submission, a program leader will reach out to discuss your submission, ask clarifying questions, and recommend next steps.

Observation
If recommended, a program leader will coordinate an observation in your child’s current school to better understand their learning style in the academic setting.

Shadow Experience
If recommended, your child will be invited to a multi-day shadow experience to ensure program resources match their learning goals and needs.

Registration & Tuition
Families complete a1:1 negotiated tuition processwith the Madonna President (cost is rarely a barrier to enrollment) and online registration.

Intake Meeting
Held with Madonna's Young Adult Program Director and program staff to review program expectations and confirm enrollment.
