At Madonna Ability Alliance, our commitment doesn’t end at age 21. Through our Adult Services, we continue to support adults with IDD & ASD and help them meet their personal goals. From day programming to employment and residential support, Madonna provides a full continuum of services that empower adults to thrive at work, home and in the community.
Day Service
Our Day Service is dedicated to community integration, providing an engaging environment where adults continue to develop their daily living skills in order maximize their autonomy and independence.
Program Details
- Daily integration in the community with purposeful habilitative activities to help individuals meet their goals
- Life skills training in cooking, budgeting, social skills, personal care, and more!
- Program development with participants' employment and residential goals squarely in mind
- Ongoing opportunities for creativity, personal expression, service, and volunteerism
- Group activities foster socialization and friendship with individuals of all abilities
Employment Services
Competitive integrated employment builds pride and purpose for employees and businesses alike. Through our Employment Services, we connect adults with job opportunities that meet their skills and interests, while providing the job coaching they need to thrive in the workplace.

- Offering Nebraska VR & DD Supported Employment services
- Job development from exploration to application & interviews
- Job coaching and workplace skill development
- Partnerships with more than 80 local employers
- Ongoing, as-needed support to ensure long-term success
Residential Services
Home is more than a place. It’s where people are able to be their most authentic self. Our Residential Services support adults with diverse abilities who aim to maximize their autonomy and independence in their home and local community. Regardless of if you live with family, in a peer setting, or on your own, Madonna is here to help you thrive in the place you call home.
Program Details
- 1:1 Supported Living and Independent Living services based out of the participant's home
- Life skills development for greater independence at home
- Executive skills development to help plan, prepare, and successfully live out each day
- Community navigation skills to explore, access resources, integrate, and thrive in the immediate neighborhood and surrounding areas
