- Experience in disability services is a plus—but we provide training!
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Madonna Ability Alliance | 7197 Pine St | Omaha, NE 68106
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) works with clients to develop their life skills for home, work or in the community. The DSP provides support to clients in the community and at Madonna. They are required to follow and document a plan set forth by the individual’s ISP (individual service plan) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their clients’ lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals.

Job Coach
Madonna Ability Alliance | 7197 Pine St | Omaha, NE 68106
A job coach is an individual who is employed to help people with disabilities learn, adapt to, execute and perfect their primary duties and responsibilities at their place of work. A job coach may work with individuals one-on-one and/or in small groups. In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, a job coach also helps with interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. The coach will assess the worker’s strengths and needs or may rely on an already completed assessment.
