Individualized Support
Every participant is unique. Our staff works with individuals and families to develop individual service plans (ISPs) that align with each person’s abilities, interests, and goals. Our person-centered approach ensures every adult Madonna serves is supported in ways that helps them flourish in every setting.
Family Partnership
Parents and Guardians are essential members of the individual support team. Our Day Service professionals provide consistent communication, progress monitoring, resources, and consultation to ensure families feel supported and connected to their loved ones’ as they work to reach their goals.
