At Madonna, being active members of the community isn't just a goal, it's who we are. Those we serve are integrated daily in their school, community, and/or workplace where they maximize their skills, build positive relationships, and use their gifts to make a lasting impact on their peers, neighbors, and co-workers.  At Madonna, we celebrate and elevate the abilities of our students and adult participants each day!

At Madonna Ability Alliance, we believe in nurturing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Our four pillars guide everything we do:

Support for Families

We walk alongside families every step of the way. Our Family Navigation Services offer one-on-one guidance to help parents and caregivers a gain access to essential resources, funding programs, and support networks.

A Full Continuum of Programs

Madonna is the only organization in the Midwest offering individuals with Intellectual & Development Disabilities (IDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Other Health Impairments (OHIs) a seamless continuum of programs across the lifespan.

Elementary & Secondary

Inclusive and individualized learning helps students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.

Young Adult Program

Equipping students ages 18-21 with the skills needed to maximize their autonomy, independence, and employability.

Project SEARCH

Renowned internship-to-employment program with over 85% success rate in competitive job placement within 3-6 months of completion.

Adult Services

Day Services, Employment Services, Residential Services that extend career & life skills development, encourage socialization & create pathways for community integration

Specialized Services & Enrichment Opportunities

Beyond the classroom, our students and participants benefit from individualized learning and life-enhancing opportunities:

• Clinical and therapeutic support from Munroe-Meyer Institute experts
• Life skills training such as cooking, budgeting, and time management
• Fine and performing arts programs that showcase creativity and talent
• Special Olympics and Unified Sports that foster teamwork and pride

Nearly a quarter of our annual operations are made possible through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community partners. Together, we are creating opportunities, fostering independence, and building brighter futures for youths and adults with diverse abilities.
